Holiday Season...

Here comes the holiday season... Chinese New year!!! happy happy.... which means ..... trouble for my mission... hahahaa...

I effectively lost the 500gm within 3 days of eating...

well, back to square 1. Here we go again...

Updates....

i confess. i have not been jogging the past few days...

reason: work and wedding dinners.

Work is very very shitty at the moment. Almost at breaking point liao. hahaha.. but that is another story...

Back to losing weight.

I have lost 500 gm after my 1 week of jogging, stretching, nintendo WII-ing.., walking..
good result? not happy with it but i guess its a good start since the muscles have been screaming for mercy after so long being inert......

these 2 nites, i will not be jogging as I have to attend 2 wedding dinners on this weekend. --> Bad news. 9 course dinner at 9 plus pm. very very bad for the weight watchers...

Weighing in at 95.5kg now.

Jogging again....

I went jogging again 2 nites ago. Boy was i out of shape.......

totally breathless at times, i walk,run, sprint, skip and maybe even crawl for 3km. it was tiring to move the fats after one week of exercise resulting in muscle aches.

however, i do find a new joy in running at night. I normally start my jogs at 10 pm. Running towards Bedok Reservoir, I find the peaceful and cooling night as my silent companion; Between the painful puffs of breath, the mind is actually very clear. It analyse things in a different way and i have thgt about many issues whilst on my way. Life is short, but its the depth that actually counts. I resolve to stop wasting time on meaningless things.

Its time to stop the bug. Its time to lose the weight that is hunging too long on my poor body.

The weekend passed....

ok. a few days have passed and i have skipped jogging...

:(

tragic... but well, its my anniversary so I had a reason to go out and celebrate and have a nice meal. Hahaha......

Good news. The Mrs got me a Nintendo Wii and i was sweating it out in front of the TV. hitting the drives or practising my tennis return is so real on this virtual game. Although the graphics is not so good, i had a really good workout.

Tonight, i shd go jogging.

More on Calories.....

I missed my training\jogging yesterday because of work again. Well, that is the life of a Singaporean. By the time i finished business and had dinner (because i was damn hungry at 9pm) , it was 10 pm already. Bushed, full and tired, i missed the jogging.

Planning ahead, i think every day jogging\exercising is quite impossible. The plan should be every other day.

Today I found out more on calories (and fats) :

1 whopper with cheese, one large onion rings, and one large strawberry shake = 2130 calories!!!
18 oz reeses peanut butter cup blizzards at dairy queen = 1130 calories and 45g of fat
McDonald's chocolate shake (large size) = 1160 calories
Mixed Vegetables (1 serving) = 80 calories
Chicken with Mushrooms (1 serving) = 170 calories
Chicken with String Beans = 180 calories
Black Pepper Chicken (1 serving) = 210 calories
Beef & Broccoli (1 serving) = 180
Orange Chicken (1 serving) = 310
Spicy Chicken with Peanuts (1 serving) = 510
Sweet & Sour Pork (4 oz. 1 small serving) = 310
Sweet & Sour Sauce (2 oz.) = 60 calories

If i only need 2200 calories a day, I am seriously over the intake limits.
